This chocolate gift ordered by eiza from kepong..I can't remember how many times but surely she is my  regular customer ( a cake lover).. this is first time eiza order chocolate ngan I sebanyak 100 pcs for her niece's birthday...( I simply put in pink & grey color since eiza also don't mind & there is no theme color indeed!! as she said so..)..in fact masa tu I pn tgh buat warna yg sama yg dioder oleh kwn I ani...

CHOCOLATE WEEKS.......

Salam,...& vr gud am uols!!!..entry for last week's activities....BUSY WITH CHOCOLATE PRALINE!!!...now..still in progress to make 300 boxes of chocolate gift!!!..I kn siap kan b4 end of this month b4 pickup date uols....klu x mati I!!!!..hehe ( masa amik order x henggat kan..hehe)

Sume chocolate ni belum di packing lg.., actually I planned to directly packing due to limited storage..tp x terpeking uols...sakit pinggang I..lutut cramp!! I buat sorang uols w/o assistant..( mmg x de asst pn..hehe)..tp I ada food tester & pengkritik tetap yg x bertauliah...( yg ni hubby I..hehehe) & juga JOKER yg selalu buat I ketawa x kering gusi, anak I yg sorang ni!!! don't steal my cake okay!!!hehehe

BUTTER SPONGE KEK ( KEK GEBU)

Salam & gud am uols!!!..

Minggu ni rasa cam nk buat kek jee...Semalam I plan nk buat kek span puding pandan, cari tpg hong hwe kt supermaket..yg kaler ijau dh abis..tinggal merah & kuning jerrr..., I pk esok lusa la buat...balik umah jew, hubby x balik lg..sementara tunggu hubby balik...bole la buat kek kan...kan...!!!!..

Buat apa yg ada ja uols....ni kek span biasa, just I letakkan butter cair instead of minyak jagung & letak perisa pandan, letak filing ( asam duit & coklat flake) & lapiskan jerr...( nk buat marble pn ok)...

Pagi td bekalkan untuk my son & hubby,...balance I bwk gi opis..makan2..
malam ni rasa cam nk buat baked cheese cake..tgk la nnti..klu rajin..hehe

CUP CAKES PROJECT

Hello uols!!!...gud am...

Dua tiga hari ni penat la uols....x cukup tido.., byk keje la!! I baru je balik dari seremban outstation disana 2 hari. Balik je terus mengerjakan tempahan cup cakes! belum siap lagi nih...baru buat mise-en place..

At the 1st place, i ingat nk beli je bunga gumpaste kt kedai bakeri..cari punya cari warna yg i nak x de...warna merah krismas dan pure white..aaarrrgghhh tension betol la...so solution nya..I have to do my own!!!..ni la dia bunga daisy yg dibuat....

Semalam I buat project cup cake ni smp kul 1.00 pagi,...Mix fruit & Mable butter cup cakes..finishingnya tunggu la yer...I up load nanti...hehehe

Malam ni still menyambung kerja2 membuat cup cakes....harap little hero x kaco malam ni....hehehehe

Salam..uolls, kek ni di buat utk my lovely mom's birthday  yg ke...???..bak kata mak biarla rahsia!! ( adooi..mcm siti nurhaliza pulak)..hehe

nak story la sket...actually besdey mak i hari ni 03/01/2011...dua hari lepas mak, abah & younger  sister dtg KL..saje jalan2 ..nk tgk cucu katanya...semalam bwk diorang gi picnic kt sungai congkak...best uolsss!!!!

Actually nk beli je kek sbb x sempat nak buat.....mak i kata..jgn membazir...buat apa yg ada je... so i kata OK...trus terjah ke dapur buat chocolate butter cake lps balik picnic (sbb tpg, telur & butter pn ada lg)..

REQUEST by my mon...x mau maneih sgt,...krim tu x mau byk...kek kecik pn x pa.....hehehe
so aku buat chocolate butter cake, frosting fresh cream( x mo butter cream sbb buat butter cake,...muak nnti, org tua yg mkn kan..hehehe)...

So ini lah hasilnya....mlm smalm weolls pn selebrate besdey mak, my elder brother sponsor sate kajang 200 cucuk uols...terbuntang bijik mata mkn..hehe...
